The interview process begins with a written exam to assess technical knowledge, often focusing on core skills relevant to the role, like system administration and networking basics. Candidates who pass proceed to a viva (oral interview) to evaluate problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and cultural fit. If successful, candidates are hired and start the onboarding process, gaining hands-on training and responsibilities in their new role.
They informes for my intwrview through call and email. They mostly asked personal questions and company service related questions. But at the end the informed about 2 year commitment and 3 month training before being permanent.
