The VP of Sales and the owner went over my resume, asked me questions about my experience, and answered questions about the company. I was over-qualified and they were enthusiastic about bringing me onboard, and the interview was more to ensure I wasn't exaggerating my qualifications and didn't have an incompatible personality.
