Has both day and night shift.. depends on your luck what you get.
Be prepared for manager round. People think once they clear techinical round they are in.. but not really manager confuses you. However interview process takes time.
Generally there will be 2 rounds of techincal interviews. Interview level is easy to medium for a fresher. One should have knowledge about technology like database and Networking and Servers.

It's a 4 round process (HR,technical round, manager round and HR director round)
Aptitude round also there if required as per the designation it happen
