first they ask to write essay,after that there is a GD in which any random topic is asked for analysis of communication skills .after that there is a hr round in which personal introduction,questions related to capital markets and derivatives are asked,after this is the aptitude test for which I was declined as i had inappropriate knowledge of capital markets so left out in hr round
