Entrevista
Interview very quick, made me worried about how fast the stages were going,
I done all the online things then had a face to face interview there. Interview was not on time and took a long time as they could not find a room for the phone interview.
3 weeks passed and heard nothing back so i presumed i did not get the job, got a phone call with a job offer exactly 3 weeks after my interview. She asked had anyone been in contact with me and when i said no she apologized that i should have been contacted. I told her i was happy with the offer and accepted.
Then i went on the next day to review the job title to refresh my mind on roles and responsibilities when i seen 10 weeks training no holidays permitted. This was not on my original application so i tried to get back in contact as i needed one Friday off after my start date. 2 emails and 7 calls i had no response regarding my query then someone from HR rang me i told her about the day i needed off and she said she would look into it for me but the trainers are strict on attendance. Received a phone call today saying i would not be allowed have one day off as i agreed at interview that i have full availability which i did at the time of interview presuming i had no job offer i then made other plans.
HR agreed with me that this was not on the original job application but yet i am the one that suffers because of something they failed to communicate.
This was not communicated at the time of my application so over all i was not very happy with how my interview experience and treatment was. Here's hoping the job is better.
The process began with a brief initial phone screening to discuss my background and availability. This was followed by a more formal virtual interview with the hiring manager. We discussed specific customer service scenarios, conflict resolution strategies, and how to maintain high satisfaction ratings while working in a fast-paced environment. The conversation was professional and focused heavily on interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with a particularly difficult or frustrated customer. What steps did you take to resolve their issue, and what was the final outcome of that interaction?
Talked to a recruiter, said great things and I fit the role perfectly, would follow up with hiring manager. Week later, then said, not a good fit. Was sad about the lack of transparency.
Very complex tests before the interview it was like they needed a rocket scientist vs a representative and it was very lengthy so it was redundant and unnecessary I believe
