Recruiter calls, tells you about the company, and sets up an interview with a manager. Didn't feel like I was being screened and I heard almost everyone gets an interview. Quick interview with a manager and an offer that same afternoon. Have to keep the revolving door moving.

Standard questions. They do have you read from their script. I think it's just to make sure you can read because they hire everyone they interview.
Interactive and based on getting to know more about the agent. The interview process was pretty fast and not intimidating. The interviewer was very professional and easy to open up to.

Entrevista
Interview was relatively easy. Obviously you need to make sure your license is up-to-date. Had a total of three interviews and then was offered the job. HR friendly and accommodating.
