The first round is a phone interview. Go through my resume and ask some basic questions. Then I had the second round, data challenge. I was asked to work on a problem within 1 hour, and went through my findings. Third round is an on-site interview. This is probably the final round. It took me 3 hours to have interviews with 4 people. Three of them went through my resume and ask some related questions. One tested R skills.
