They have recently changed their interviewing style to asking candidates to upload a video of yourself answering a few questions to the dusk careers website and then they filter based on personality (friendliness, etc) and skills that would be relevant in the job (good people skills are important). When I was hired (2012) I applied online on seek and was contacted approx 2 weeks later by the area manager. We arranged a face-to-face interview for a few days later. In the interview I was asked mostly basic retail questions (have you worked with sales targets, key performance indicators, etc before?) and a little bit about my life and hobbies (what do you like to do in your spare time?). Other questions included things like "what would you do if you were informed by a team member that one of your other team members was not performing to the Dusk standard?"
