I was asked questions about my management style, how would I be able to grow business and build a strong customer base. It was a very warm conversation and I felt comfortable.
Behavioral questions and situational questions with the Store Manager. After passing this interview I spoke to the regional manager and was hired the same day. Overall the process was simple.
It was a long process. Took about 3 weeks total. Interviews with the store manager, district manager, and regional manager. The interviews lasted between 30 minutes and an hour. With basic retail manager questions. Everyone was very professional and nice.
