Very weird, borderline disrespectful and archaic. The webinar was indeed quite odd including hints of sexism and segregation. Moreover after my interview, I was assured I will get a response in 48 hours, it's been 9 months now. Also the interviewer asked me for my CV which I thought was screened already in the initial rounds.
