I was contacted by one of their Recruitment Specialists by e-mail.
In the letter only a brief job description was provided along with some links to their YouTube channel, deVere specially created career website, and company's brochure download link.
In the same e-mail I was also given an option of attending a live career information webinar (an online stream). I had to confirm my attendance by email. After that I received my personal login details.
The webinar was prerecorded presentation by the CEO Nigel Green talking about the company's history and wealth as well as the roles, locations and career opportunities.
The webinar was followed by two easy interviews, which revealed that the job offer was for a different location overseas, which was a bit disappointing.

terrible interview process. they lie and sell you a story that is completely untrue. Anyone who is giving this company 5 stars is clearly told to when they work there.

Entrevista
I first got an interview online over zoom, then I had to go Malta to do training for around 2 weeks. Then we would be placed in an office after the two weeks were up. It was a fun experience but tough for sure.
