Boiler room style - no ethics in the recruitment process. The desperate agent was indicative of a toxic culture and high staff turnover. Beware the veneer, it seems there are practices in this organisation that you would not want to be a part of. It's unfortunate as it seems the founder/ CEO is an ok, but this will never be about serving clients needs it will be about hitting targets at any cost.

terrible interview process. they lie and sell you a story that is completely untrue. Anyone who is giving this company 5 stars is clearly told to when they work there.

Entrevista
I first got an interview online over zoom, then I had to go Malta to do training for around 2 weeks. Then we would be placed in an office after the two weeks were up. It was a fun experience but tough for sure.
