Interviewed in Sept. Had a good 1st round interview. 2nd round was similar story to other reviews here. Interviewers just wanted to pick my brain to fix their problems, of which they were not very detailed about. At end of 2nd round, I was told I would move onto 3rd round. #rd round would be a full plan for their team that would be a fully actionable strategy, not a normal 90 day plan, or rough strategic approach. They were to send me details on the "Assignment" within a few days. Upon receiving it, I was going to evaluate if I would move forward, but it was already off putting. 3 weeks later of trying to contact them about status of their sending the "Assignment", I was told they were moving on to other candidates.
