HR screening with Katelyn was very pleasant and she did everything to make me feel comfortable. However very disappointing that I did not get put through to the next round because the size of the clients I had in my previous job did not match their clients. Some feedback for the hiring team is that such a question can be put on the application form to avoid people getting their hopes up. Job hunting in this market is very tedious and draining so to get rejected for something that could literally be screened upon application is very disappointing. After the HR screening would be 3 rounds (30 minutes each). One round would be with the Hiring manager and the other two rounds with potential collegues.

I had the pleasure of going through the commercetools hiring process. I was made to me feel immediately comfortable and was very professional. I am going to go as far to say it was the best hiring process that I have been through in my career!
