A Talent Acquisition Manager @Commercetools reached out to me on Linkedin.
She presented the main achievements and goals of the company in a clear and transparent way.
Along the process, I learnt about the company culture: "People are the motor of the company" and I got to know more about the objectives of the company on the medium-long term.
The process involves at least 4 interviews which gave me the opportunity to get a true sense of the company culture and know some of my future colleagues.
Overall, it was a great experience and the Talent Acquisition Manager was always ready to answer my questions in a timely manner.
