I recently had an interview with Cleversoft, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The HR representative seemed more focused on filling time than engaging in a meaningful conversation. There was a lack of clarity and direction throughout the process. After openly discussing the salary expectations early in the conversation, I received a generic rejection message with no explanation. This not only felt unprofessional but also gave the impression that the initial interview was not taken seriously — a regrettably common practice in some local hiring environments. I would never apply again or suggest this company to a friend. Transparency and respect for candidates' time are essential, and unfortunately, this experience fell short on both.
