I received a call from Canfield and a phone interview was arranged. 30 mins after I was done with the phone evaluation, I was called for an in person. I was glad as it then seemed that their hiring process seemed efficient. It took a week sending a few emails trying to set up the in person. The HR would just not get back if I yet in the game. Ok, the interview lasted for over 1.5 hours with three people. They seemed positive. I left on a happy note (very pessimistic otherwise). One month later , an abrupt email that they were still hunting. This was after many follow ups but the HR never fit back to my emails. Will not say unprofessional but definitely incapable.
