Hectic. Was called 4 times before placing an offer. Each interview was with a different person and they all asked the same questions from the previous interviewer. I understand that hiring for a lead position takes time but it shoudl not be more than 2 or 3 times. Even for low positions they take 2 or 3 interviews just because they don't understand the industry we are in.
