Interview selection process is very disorganised. The HR process is not consistent at all with often no responses to applications made online. If you did get selected for interview, typically was 2 people who did the interview and possibly someone from HR, although they didn't really add anything to the process. Interview typically lasts one hour. Most roles though get filled by people getting placed into them by who they know and a strong focus on diversity these days.
