Situational judgement questionnaire, virtual interview, personal virtual interview. Questionnaire had about 30 questions requiring what would you most likely and least likely do in certain scenarios. Virtual interview had 4 prerecorded questions, allows 30 seconds to prepare each response, and 3 minutes to answer interview question. Personal virtual interview is live with interviewer asking questions.
5 competency-based questions. Why bp? Why this role? Describe a time when your ethics are challenged and how you deal with conflicts. Each question lasted for 3 mins, and you'll have 1 minute for preparation,

Very kind and friendly interviewers, relevant questions but lack of time in terms of answering the questions, Talking about engineering in other branches the condition could be different. Overall, one of the best interview experiences.
