Telephone interview asked for many examples of Capacity, Achievements and Relationships, using examples from your daily life. It was a bit awkward in my case as the conversation didn't feel like it flowed so there were some awkward silences and also my phone cut off near the beginning which put me off too.

Can you think of a time where you successfully convinced someone of your point of view?
Bastante sencillo. No me sentí nada incómoda con las preguntas. Preguntas típicas de cualquier otra entrevista. Fueron tres procesos selectivos. Individual, grupal, e individual de nuevo. Los mánagers fueron simpáticos y agradables.
I have done verbal and numerical tests online. Verbal one was more challenging in my opinion. If you pass that stage you have an online interview where you record your answers. Haven't done it yet

The numerical test is mainly graphs and answering questions. Verbal test: they give you a text and ask give you 4 options to choose for your answer

Entrevista
I met them at the career fair and applied online prior to talking to them. Received an email to complete a hirevue online interview a few days after. Completed that process, received an email about a week after with an invitation for an onsite interview (Chicago). On site interview was done at BP headquarters, CME Chicago office. Part individual technical interview, part group interview where they observe your interactions.

They give a case for you to read and then ask questions from that case, occasionally coming in and giving more information to see how you will change your plan and how you will react to your group.
