3 week process, applied online. Long psychometric tests and many text fields to fill in (though no cover letter required). Was then invited for a phone interview with many competence-based questions.
2 part process beginning with behavioral and leading into case to test technicals. Overall great process and interviewers were great at communicating. Very approachable as well and good at answering questions.
