First I had a phone interview where I was asked about my experiences, background, etc. Be prepared for the usuals like describe a time when you led a team, something went wrong, but you stepped up and saved the day (different phrasing).

Online tests, interviews, in person assessment centre. In person assessment centre was the toughest stage of the process. With 5 people attending on the day, and multiple rounds of group tasks, interviews and case studies.

it was a full day of group interviews and case study interviews. There was lots of information to read and ana,use before preparing a presentation under time pressure. There was also a group exercise with dynamic and changing information.
