A panel of 5 interviewers spent 50 minutes asking me behaviorial-type questions and a hurried few minutes asking skill-specific questions. Feedback was my behaviorial answers were not geared towards my pertinent experience. If that is what you wanted to know, why waste time with the mundane? No word yet on the job...
