The interview was relaxed and professional, conversation with the employees using English is natural. Self introduction and work history was the focus in the early stages, then the products of the company, then later on the situational question(s) that can be answered through knowledge or experience.

Casual interview with general technical questions. About 1 hour long, no pressure on the candidate. Attitude was friendly throughout, both English and Japanese spoken. Questions were welcomed and thoroughly answered.
