I applied via their website to an open position. Although this one was not fitting to my profile well, they tried to find an opportunity for me, which eventually worked out. I really appreciate the positive approach. Everyone I talked to was really nice and I felt like they really tried to find the right match for my skills and experience. Everyone communicated openly. There were several meetings arranged and the responses after each of them were prompt. It included talking to HR, team manager, doing a 24 hour challenge (coding software solution to some engineering problem), presenting the solution to the potential team colleagues and lastly talking to the CTO.
