Entrevista
The first step is a phone interview with a supervisor. If this step goes well they will contact you to set up in person interview. This will consist of 3 different interviews conducted consecutively. The first interview will be an about an hour long with the Customer Care Center supervisors. There are two supervisors. The second interview is 30 minutes long with the next level of management. The last interview is 15 minutes long with a member of the human resources department.
