2.5 months/12 weeks in total: 6 interviews, 1 online assessment - 1-2 weeks stretches in between each stages and got rejection in the end. Reasons given: decided to take a different direction with role and I was ruled out as a candidate from any future consideration. Frustrating to say the least but blessing in disguise I suppose; I might've dodged a big bullet. Just really disappointing at this level of disregard for a candidate's time to stretch it for this long for whatever reasons. Pay attention to the red flags.

Ghosted after second interview with hiring manager. Recruiter contacted me to set up phone screen and I moved forward to the second round with the hiring manager who said they would get in touch within a week. Followed up twice with no replies.
