Recruiter sends message via LinkedIn, he proceeds to set up the interview with two hiring managers after initial screening. The hiring manager's line of questioning is usually around why osram as employer. Expectations including knowing more about the software, customers, issues at AMS osram. Ghosting happens after the interview concludes, an automatic reject email comes after few weeks. Don't waste your time with this organization.
