Entrevista
I was referred by a current employee for a Client Relations Associate position. Immediately I was asked to schedule a phone call interview, which went really well. Standard walk me through you resume & let me tell you about our company. The next day I went in for a face-to-face interview with the same recruiter & she started the convo with "so basically this is the same as yesterday". We literally talked about the exact same things & she asked me the same questions.... That turned me off a little but whatever she told me I should expect to hear from her about the next step (interviewing with HR Director & Director of the department) by the end of the week. She even told the person I that referred me everything went great. Well then I didn't hear from her for a week, after sending 2 follow up emails. She finally emailed me back saying she thought my experience wasn't "direct" enough. It was the generic message, another friend of mine applied same position with more direct experience & had the same process, with the SAME EXACT message of "No". I thought that was petty. I even followed up with the recruiter, thanked her & asked for feedback, she never replied. I've been told they look for the bubbly, outgoing, pretty sorority / fraternity type. Which is weird because that is my personality.
first was a phone interview with hr which was good and brief. face to face with hr which was also good. then panel face to face with the heads of the client relations team. this is when it got weird. the panel interview was like a firing squad interview. felt very cold and unwelcoming.

1st Interview: Phone interview with head of talent acquisition; was formal and generic. Set up 2nd round in person interview with same person as phone. Felt promising.
2nd Interview: In person with same as above which went over the same questions, but asked about compensation and salary requirements (loser speaks first and she tried very hard to get me to speak first) Felt even more promising. Set up last interview with heads of the department "to see who's team I'd be placed on."
3rd: Was a 3 person panel interview with heads over the client relations associate role "to figure out who's team I would be on" This interview was where it got weird. Before they walked into the door, I heard them all discussing "you should ask her this, OH I'm going to ask her this, You should say it like this" all outside the door with one's hand on the handle! All which felt very immature and disorganized; also I heard every question they were about to ask me lol. Once entered it felt very judgmental or they just had RBF's.

Very easy phone and one on one interview; panel interview was very awkward, unprofessional, I felt they were unprepared in interviewing me. They were on and off of their phones, one girl even excused herself.
