The HR will get contact with you after 1 month to arrange the first interview which is basic screening and you will be asked to visit their head office in Sulay. The second interview is a panel interview in which Procurement Manager for cables and transformer who was a gentleman, another person who was the Procurement Manager and third guy was from HR. I didn't got an offer as my main experience was from Logistics industry and mainly into the procurement of Services whereas they needed someone from manufacturing industry who has international materials sourcing experience. Overall interview was fine but one of the interviewees behavior was quiet rude. Firstly he came late when half of the interview was done by First interviewee and then he asked irrelevant questions and didn't seemed serious.

It was well organized and direct and they answered my questions clearly . They said they will be discussion among them and will get back to me by the end of the week
