I was invited to a phone interview, where the recruiter was more interest how it is to work for the company where I worked now and it sounded that she wanted to get a job there than talking about the role at Adidas. 2 weeks later out of a sudden I was invited for a second stage interview and after that I was given an assignment to prepare presentation and I had 2 weeks to submit it. The recruiter offered to respond to questions, if I had any- no response to my questions. I prepared the presentation within 3 days and submitted it. I totally forgot about the process when a month later another recruiter invited me for last 1:1 interview. It was really nice and the senior manager was great, I really enjoyed it and they said they loved my application. After that no communication and after many emails and request for feedback the first recruiter called me to say that she was on vacation and she is really sorry she kept me waiting. She said that she doesn't know what went wrong during the interview, she cannot provide any feedback, but it was a NO. When asking what exactly did the team lack in the presentation, as according to me they were more than content, she could not explain.

The hiring manager questions and assessment was different than what was in job description I met the recruiter and the hiring manager, Recruiter interview went very well, she was very organized, prepared and the interview was challenging.. left a good impression for the place and process. Hiring manager interview was disappointing, she was looking for lower competencies than posted in JD .. the interview questions were strange made the job sound very technical not on expected managerial level as in JD .. however, a positive thing the recruiter once again showed professional and sent me an appointment to collect the interview feedback
