I applied online and got a test as a first step to the interview process The assignment was to write a test plan for one of their products. I invested around 5-6 hours trying to learn about the product and other aspects of the product , after which I prepared the test plan. After submitting the test plan the HR let me know that they would be back with the feedback soon. There was no feedback for 2 weeks. After which I tried to get in touch with the HR to which I got a reply that the role is now closed as someone from within the team has decided to take up the role and they are stopping my interview process. What the hell!!!??? Wasted my weekend just to hear this. If this was the case they should have checked within the team before opening a job vacancy. Such a waste of time.

Started with a 30 minute interview with a recruiter. Than, a technical trial project. The goal of this project was to identify quality issues od given data and what cause them. A bonus was to solve the identified problem, which I did. After evaluated the trial, one hour interview with the QA Leader.
