Entrevista
Got a response from the recruiter within 48 hours after I sent in my resume.
1 phone behavior and general interview from the recruiter. Mostly about past work experiences After the phone discussion with the recruiter, I was offered an onsite interview opportunity to schedule out within the next two weeks.
The onsite interview includes 4 interviews total: 2 QA managers, 1 QA director, 1 QA Engineer.
Interview with the QA managers consist of general problem solving. E.g. how to design a card game and to test it. Also questions in regards to QA process and behavior questions on how to work with other team members.
Interview with the QA director was mainly just behavior questions and the ideal role and growth that I would receive if employed at the company.
Interview with the QA Engineer consist of a few IQ questions and 1 programming question.

Very typical interview starting off with introducing yourself and then proceeding with a couple general QA questions like how would you test this app. As long as you demonstrate a passion for games and provide a reasonable thought process to testing, you should be good.

1) Applied on the Job searching web site;
2) Got an email from the HR to set up a phone screen with one of the managers;
3) Got invited for face to face interview;
4) Got offer from the recruiter for unacceptable pay rate.
I applied for QA Engineer-II position, and on the phone screen the interviewer said that the position is QA Engineer-II. But at the on-site interview they said it's QA Engineer-I (which is lower qualification and lower pay).
Overall interview went well. I was interviewing with 4 people, 30 minutes each. All of them were QA managers and the last one was a senior QA manager.
A week later the recruiter contacted me and said that they would like to make me an offer. And the pay was $18 (whaaaaat? o_O). I said that I had to think about it. I called back and nicely asked if they could make it $25 per hour. Because I have 6 years of experience. Also, when I checked the salaries on the Glassdoor, they were paying 30-35 for this position. The recruiter said that she totally understands me and she will discuss that possibility with her co-workers. So eventually she never called back. I tried to call her cell and left a message to clarify the process, she did not answer the phone (twice). I tried to contact HR via email and did not get any response.
Overall, I got the impression that it is a very cheap company with very unprofessional employees.
