I applied online and heard back fairly quickly to set up a phone interview. The interviewer was fifteen minutes late to call me, so we spoke for about fifteen and then rescheduled the rest of the call as I unfortunately had a hard stop. We booked a time for the following week but the interviewer had to reschedule that day, so we chose a time for the following week to finish the conversation. After that call, I didn't hear back for two weeks. I received a run-of-the-mill rejection email, but from an intern (not the person I'd interviewed with in HR), which felt a bit odd. Overall, the interviewer was friendly and the experience was just a bit disorganized. It's clear they're looking to bring some structure to the talent acquisition space and I wish them the best!
