A recruiter from Zycus contacted me. There were three rounds conducted by tech lead, architect and principle architect. Question were from Java core, Spring, hibernate, Microservices, RDBMS, and 4 ds and algo based coding questions. I cleared all rounds and have email saying so. Then they asked for salary slips and current compensation details. Initially they were offering me a senior role (associate tech lead) but later they decided to go with java developer only. Recruiter was unprofessional. Before interview process starts, we discussed my current and expected CTC. At the end of process they wanted me to hire on my current compensation with no hike. I denied. After that she is not replying to my mails. I mean no negotiation or valid justification. Advice - Clear these things before starting interview process, so that you know whether you can afford someone or not. What a poor hiring management.

First they have conducted online Assessment from that whoever performed well got selected for interview.Interview lasted for 30 mins.They have asked questions from the resume.They asked some puzzles and some easy level coding question for that they asked me to write the algorithm.
