Generally easy, group interview with about 5 people in person. Filled out some paperwork, discussed our previous experience and then did some game-like activities playing out sales scenarios with varying difficulty

Entrevista
It is a group interview where you compete and participate in activities. It lasted about an hour and someone from the group got hired on the spot based off their performance during the activities.

Pregunta 1
Two activities. One of them is to build an outfit based on a random topic that a customer might share with you. The other activity is to ask open-ended questions to encourage meaningful conversations with customers.
Group interview with 6-8 applicants present and two managers conducting the interview. Included group activities such as quick product demonstrations and sales with an emphasis on asking open-ended questions. Overall it was a positive experience.
