The interview was a truly engaging and thought-provoking experience. It stood out from the typical interviews I’ve attended, as the questions asked were not only insightful but also quite unconventional. Rather than focusing solely on technical knowledge or past experiences, the interviewers posed a number of questions designed to delve deeper into my personality, values, and character. It was clear that they were trying to understand how I think, what motivates me, and how I would fit into their team and culture. Overall, it was a refreshing approach that encouraged genuine self-reflection and honest conversation.

Not long, over Zoom. Partners are very friendly, they did not ask me too much about legal stuff, but more to know your personality. Overall delightful process. They asked me abit about my CV and what I have done previously

Basic questions were asked during the interview. Less legal questions and more to find out if candidate can match the team. There was also some tests given before the interview.
