Received call from HR and who explained about position very well and interview was for Senior Leadership role.
Interview was arranged within few days and after joining call I came to know that panelist’s are Managers (5-10 Yrs of Exp) of the same Cloud Operations team, and they were interviewing for their manager i.e. Director Cloud Operations. It was really shocking to know that people who are potentially going to report to you are taking your interview and were going to decide whether they want to hire their boss or not (JOKE), that was the weirdest interview I have ever attended my life. Questions were very vague and not related to the position and Zscaler don’t even know how to select panelists for a Strategic role.
It’s insulting to have such interviews
