Recruiter contacted me and did a phone screen w/HR. Next was a phone interview with hiring manager. Next was an onsite interview with 5 people. The hiring manager didn't really ask many questions in the phone interview. The onsite was confusing because the schedule for who I was supposed to meet with at what time kept changing (3 times before the on-site). When I showed up for the interview, it had changed yet again. Again the hiring manager met with me briefly but didn't ask many questions - I think we both felt an instant disconnect. One of the HR people met with me in place of someone else and she was very friendly, asked questions and answered mine. I was supposed to meet w/a senior exec at the end but he was late. The person I was interviewing with texted him. Finally he showed up and we had about 10 minutes, and someone knocked on the door because they had reserved the room. Not very organized or professional experience.
