I applied for the job through a recruiter. I had a phone interview at Zoox. The person conducting the interview was unprofessional and frankly rude. The man conducting the interview was not paying attention. The man asked me why I would choose their company and how it was different from the competitors when they were still in stealth mode. He cut off my explanations and talked over me. Some very serious mansplaining going on.

Entrevista
There are 2 rounds and 1 pre-screening round. It is bit complicated but straight forward. If you are good then you will able to get it. You have to be passionate about Zoox

They are me about my previous experience and what did i do in it. You have show youself best in front of interviewer and be confident. Communcation should be good and always ask for advice from interviewr.
Straightforward. They want to know you are capable of the job. You need to be able to multitask and communicate fluently in English (written and oral). Interview consists of a driven portion and a seated portion with a manager.

What is one strength that you possess that will benefit Zoox?
The interview is broken up into 3 categories: The agency screening, the classic Zoom interview and then if you pass you are invited to the Drive Interview. The interviewer was friendly and genuinely curious about how I would be an asset to the team
