The whole process took around 1 month and half and TOO MANY rounds. The interviewer tried to dig into what's on CV like a policeman.. Strange CTO and strange culture. Was asked to arrive at the office for a 20-minute interview in which nothing related to tech was asked.

The candidate has four interviews scheduled: two focused on technical skills and two with human resources department , likely assessing both expertise and cultural fit for the position . very nice
