Entrevista
The recruiter initially came across as personable and helpful, which gave me a positive first impression of the process. Unfortunately, that experience quickly changed. Expectations around both salary and the hiring timeline were set early on but ultimately not met. Communication became inconsistent, and I often found myself having to follow up repeatedly just to keep the process moving.
I was originally told the interview process would consist of three stages, but later learned it was actually five. Interviews were also scheduled and rescheduled several times, which made the process feel disorganized and poorly managed.
Due to the continued lack of organization and clear communication throughout the process, I ultimately chose not to move forward with the hiring process. A hiring experience should reflect how a company operates internally, and the level of professionalism candidates can expect from the team.
Based on my experience, the process did not leave a strong impression in those areas. It’s not just about being hired, it’s also about how a company represents its culture and the aptitude of its current staff during the hiring process.
Ridiculously expectations and rigorous process for such an entry level role. Don't even bother trying as if you slightly miss one questions you won't even be considered. Insane 5 step process for entry level role.
