I originally applied for the AE role and SDR manager after years of experience successfully managing SDR teams. Without any consideration I was immediately emailed back saying they went with other candidates. A recruiter from zoominfo then reached out to me asking if I was interested in the the strategic enterprise SDR role. Had an over the phone interview and then wanted me to put together a Google slide presentation focusing on acquiring Docusign as a customer. I took time out of my schedule to put together a really detailed presentation and was moved on to the next round. The next round of interviews was really odd. I was interviewed by 3 people at the same time who kept expressing they were pressed for time. I felt as if I was on American idol. They asked me a typical interview questions and had me do a role play. I secretly wasn’t that interested because the pay is much less then other places were offering me but still went along with the interview professionally. They told me I would hear back by next day and didn’t. I reached out to them after a week for an update and told me they went with other candidates. Very poor experience interviewing here. They have no respect for anyone’s time and think so highly of themselves. I was more qualified for the position then the people who interviewed me and whole process was a waste of time.
