The C-level product leader spent the majority of the interview (of which he was 15 min late to without apologizing) bragging about how many companies he's sold, how it was *his* decision not to be Zoom's CPO by title, and deflecting when I asked about his own weaknesses. I assume there are some weird politics that happen in that product ladder, so decided to drop out of the running. The questions the leader ended up asking were off-the-cuff and unstructured, and he often verbalized how he forgot what to ask.
Separately, the recruiter was unable to give clear info on what type of interviews each round would be. It doesn't seem like there's a clear rubric for the interviews.

Very standard questions. Clear there wasn't a strict framework for interviewing

The interview process was structured as four rounds.
The first round was with a recruiter and focused on role eligibility, background, and a high-level resume review. It was straightforward and conversational.
The second round was with a more technical recruiter who had stronger subject matter expertise. This round included more behavioral questions in a “tell me about a time…” format and required specific examples from past experience.
The third round was with the Group Product Manager and consisted of a case study. The prompt was to outline what features I would launch to expand Zoom within the healthcare vertical. This was my first time working through a case-style interview in this format, and I found it more open-ended and loosely structured than I expected.
I did not move forward to the final round, which was scheduled to be with two product managers. The overall process took about a month from start to finish before I received the final decision.

Terrible experience overall. The recruiter did not even tell me what the interviews would cover. The entire process felt more like market/competitive research rather than an interview for the role.
Recruiter call: Standard, just talked about my resume and experience
Hiring manager call: Talked about resume and experience. Was then asked "Imagine you were given $10M to disrupt Google. What would you do". Honestly a very weird conversation and it felt like they were just farming for ideas rather than truly interviewing me.
Virtual on-site: Two interviews. Both just asked me about my experiences. Once again just felt like they were farming me for ideas rather than truly interviewing me.

Unclear and inconsistent. Does not make sense how candidates are taken to the final round. It's just for optics and is fake. The team makes their mind way early in the process and takes some candidates to the final round unnecessarily
