The whole process was pretty enjoyable toward the beginning. The recruiter and hiring manager were both decent people with whom I had fulfilling conversations. When speaking with a peer engineer, we focused entirely on my technical aptitude, and the session came to an abrupt end when we ran out of time; I had no opportunity to ask questions of my own. Negative experience because I got ghosted after that. I followed up multiple times with the recruiter and hiring manager very warmly and professionally, and gave ample time to respond, but got nothing. I realize that I may not be everyone's cup of tea or meet the required skill set, but some feedback after what started as a positive experience would have been nice. Update: I received a boilerplate rejection letter on a Saturday morning the day after this review was published.
