I applied via internal referral. A recruiter reach out via email about scheduling a phone screen, and to select a few time and dates. After several days, didn’t hear back so I emailed the recruiter to follow up. Still no response. Another few days go by and then I receive an automated email thanking me for interviewing with Zoom, but I wasn’t a fit at the time. Was asked to submit feedback on Glassdoor. I didn’t end up even speaking with anyone, nor did the recruiter respond as curtesy to her original outreach email. Later I saw the job post was updated and changed to a different title. Very odd experience, and a bit off putting.
