My experience of the interview process with Zoom was great - the whole process was overall swift and easy. The only feedback I have is that when completing the online application via my link there was an option to autofill the details from my CV which I selected. Pre-populating my personal data worked well however, the work experience did not work as seamlessly. The automation seemed to hinder that part of the task as I had to delete many boxes and populate with the correct information.
