Told me I didn’t get the job because it was a “timing” thing s as they had already offered it to another candidate in between my interviews. What a waste of time and why bother to interview if they already had an offer out?

What weaknesses are you working on? Describe a deal that was difficult to win?
Recruiter reached out a week after submitting my resume. Call with recruiter went well, claimed they were pushing my resume on the next round and that i'd hear more within 2-3 days. From there, radio silence for over a week and I had to reach out to the recruiter to hear that they weren't moving forward.

Several interviews-- and a presentation. Felt a bit like a mens club and withdrew after several interviews. The Zoom boom is over. I get the feeling that the put a lot of pressure on their employees when the job market is simply changed from covid times.
