This interview was for new multiple leadership positions in India.
It was initially good when the US/India recruiter gets in touch with me but suddenly not sure why without any good reason they said that your profile is not suitable though the interview went well. The interview was taken from the US as in India there was no person hired for such leadership positions. I was surprised by their screening process. If the recruiter cannot screen the resume properly and exactly with JD then forwarding to the next round I think is sheer foolishness and both candidate and interviewer are wasting each other's time. I understand that there should be multiple candidates to screened but if you say that your resume does not match our current requirements then what was the recruiter doing Initially !!! It was not a good experience. Not sure if they are hiring internally but altogether I was not happy with their process.
